I have a disability, and I frequently had to call in sick. They tell you that you have certain sick time, however, each day you take off is an occurrence. After taking a certain amount of sick days, I was given a reprimand that didn't leave my record. Therefore, if I called in sick, which I needed to sometimes, I would get another reprimand and potentially get fired.

Sick days and vacation are separate and you can accrue alot of sick days
