The company does a good job with offering 2 different plans and covers a majority of the premium . Much work has been done to keep premiums low (self funded plan), including coverage reductions from 90% coinsurance to 80% coinsurance. Insurance carrier was switched to Medica a few years back which many employees have had coverage issues as part of this change from the previous carrier.
