Health Insurance is provided by company and given multiple options like HOA or Direct. Employer is also paying to the health insurance and half amount for insurance is contributed by Employer.

Having a health plan feels like you don't have one since the premium is so high and the deductibles are so high compared to surrounding companies.

Good options and a credit each pay period to help with the cost.

We used to have great HMO options through United Health Care but now we switched to Anthem and it is so experience so most employees were forced to chose the HSA option which will is costing us hundreds more for health care. Horrible experience with open enrollment. Kept getting conflicting answers from the help desk, from Anthem, from the HR dept.

Health insurance offerings and employee contributions were competitive-to-better than other banks probably because of their size and they had on-site flu shots and walk-a-thons.
