Vesting pension plan after 3 years.

After 2 years of employment you qualify for and start building your retirement. They send you information regarding your standing and based on your end of year hours and salary. They let you know how much/and where you stand. It's pretty great.

It’s just average. Nothing special

Union Bank doesn't care about their employees, current or former - they hired a vendor to service their retirement plan, I have been trying for the last 3 months to get my retirement started, the vendor promises to call you or mail you something & NEVER DOES. After 3 months the vendor now says they didn't process my request to start retirement, oops their mistake. Even though they have a bunch of comments in their computer stating I requested it & they were processing it, they said they dropped the ball. Too bad, now I have to wait AGAIN. There is No one I can call at MUFG Union Bank. i've tried to talk to a manager at the vendor, I get left on hold for up to 35 minutes then told there is no manager available. Nothing I can do about it, Union Bank has hired worthless company & shielded themselves from any calls to relay dissatisfaction. Not a good way to spend company money but they do not care = Stay away
