UBC’s philosophy is to provide flexibility to employees in order for them to do their best
professionally.

A majority of UBC’s workforce is comprised of virtual based employees, who
may have access to an office-setting to collaborate, attend client meetings or audits, training,
etc.

There may be specific program, function or site requirements where on-site presence is
required, which will be communicated to employees by their management team.
