Option to purchase vacation during annual benefits enrollment. Any unused purchased vacation time is paid back at end of year. Would be nice to have option to purchase additional time say halfway through the year.

They have recently started to offer 2 weeks up front as opposed to accumulating hours through out the year.

best is one week added after 5 years (total of 3 weeks after 5 years). worst is that you only get 2-3 vacation days until you hit your first year then its 2 weeks.
