It's not much of a dental insurance plan, more like you pay to join a discount club. Annual cleanings (hygienist) are free but if the dentist needs to touch your mouth you pay out of pocket. No orthodontics, no cosmetics – even crowning a broken tooth is considered "cosmetic."

Standard dental insurance was given here. Family plans were competitive and you can use your flexible spending plan if you choose to have one for medical expenses.

Average, there is a co-pay like in all dental plans. Vision is with Cigna only no other option.
