The pricing, deductibles and out of pocket maximums are not competitive with the market.

Average. Smoking policy price differences and health assessments are required (required if you want to get HSA seed money).

The deductible and out of pocket max is unreasonable.

I saw no problem with the healthcare package. It may have changed since I enrolled, but it covered my general needs.

Expensive to contribute to, and since it's a self-funded plan, they're highly critical of changes in lifestyle and they send out "Wellness" people each year two-way employees, check blood pressure, etc., and "coach" you on your lifestyle. At least that's how it was when I worked there. One certainly doesn't join UTI for the great medical benefits.

Competitive health insurance and flexible spending plan. They seemed to change companies every year and that can cause frustrations trying to sort through medical documents from previous years plan

They do offer Dental and Vision plans, however they do not have a "health insurance" per say only the option of the HSA with Keiser or CIgma. You have to spend $1500 in your benefits for the HSA before the opportunity of deductibles and co-pays.
