Standard 6 days in January, does not roll over but you can use it for vacation or personal time if you are never sick.

Everyone gets 6 sick days that can be used for vacation also

I believe you're able to accrue 4-6 days/year, but good luck taking them. Unless you're upper management, taking sick time is looked down upon and you will be reminded of it during your review. As part of the management team I've seen reductions in workforce decisions come down to who took a sick day that year and previous years.

Admissions Representative do not get sick days. You are paid a salary and sick days are not really calculated because you set your own schedule. Upon separating from the company--their will not be any sick days or vacation days or PTO days at all--you dont earn any or will you be paid for any.

Now with the new law it is a must for a company to give 3 sick days a year without retaliation of the company.
