A lot of doctor offices don't accept Blue Cross/Blue shield PPO anymore

Blue Cross Blue Shield is good and PPO is priced like other companies. They offer a high-deductible plan and company covers some of employee deductible!

The high-deductible plan is tough to adjust to, it's all your money at the beginning of the year. The deductible is fair though, and they offer reimbursement for a portion of it.
