Best thing about Vast is the technology and the people, both top notch. The worst thing is only bad if you don't understand what it means to be building a new company and continually growing the business and that's that you can expect to work long hours and be committed to the mission 24/7. this is not a place to come if you want a balanced work/life lifestyle. all efforts are made to make life as comfortable as possible but you won't like it here if you don't come here committed to being a builder.

Most of the software team is in Israel so you need to work early to meet with them for more than a couple of hours.

They allow it but would like you to come into the office periodically.
