VCA Health Insurance is extremely expensive and difficult to afford based on the wages VCA pays it's employees.

Never had to use it, I only can rate it on the cost per paycheck which was about $40.

The choices for health insurance carriers is poor at best. It is not VCA's fault, they are trying to provide the most cost effective insurance that they can. The problem is with our poor and broken health care system.

Poor choices, but not entirely VCA's fault. Health insurance is bad everywhere (at least compared to the past). But that being said, VCA could provide better options.

Even the lowest tier of insurance offered is too expensive with too high of a deductible. The highest tier of insurance still has a high deductible and puts a huge dent in your already too low paycheck.
