You get like 3-4 days only for immediate family members. Who can return to work after 4 days? So then you use your PTO for bereavement and run out, so then, in the most stressed year you could possibly have, you've used all your PTO on being sad and can't go on vacation. This is one of the places that they've got it wrong.
