Up to 12% of your salary every paycheck.
Every 6 months, they take the price at the start of that period and the end of that period.
Whichever price is *lower*, they then take an additional 15% off and use your money to buy stock at that price. If the stock has gone down, you still get 15% return. If it's gone up, you get even more!

Love it, 15% of salary can go to ESPP, and you get it at a 15% discount.

Good match, but be careful, this stock drops like a rock every single time Pat Gelsinger talks to Wall Street.

Always made me money -- these plans in general are quite good. It is not the maximum flexibility the IRS allows, but it is the standard 6-month window plan.
