Vacations To Go loves to raise the standards of the monthly performance bonuses every 2-3 months, so you cannot achieve it. Also, if you have a bad customer review that you can prove is not your fault, they keep it on your record anyway so you can't get your bonus.

The bonus plan is a complete joke. They have made it nearly impossible to hit with all the pre-qualifiers. Just plan on not getting more than a few hundred a year and you won't be crushed later on like Clark Griswold in Christmas Vacation.
