Valero provides extra money in a web portal for you to use to allocate towards your medical/dental/vision/life/legal insurance. It’s enough money to fully pay for my medical and dental insurance with zero out of pocket costs, but I use the high deductible health plan to lower the cost. If you pick the top-tier plans, you’ll probably pay some out of pocket. Still, it’s a big economic benefit.
