Nothing positive to add about the United Health Care medical insurance. Very high premiums, very high deductibles, poor customer service. Validity HR does not survey their employees to see what is the best overall medical options for their staff.

This is something that is dependent on the person. I am a single woman and find that the deductible is high and things that I wanted access to such as smoke cessation programs and adult orthodontics ar not available.
