Three Cigna medical plan options: 1) Consumer Directed Health Plan (CDHP) with a Health Savings Account (HSA) partially funded by Valley; 2) Core in-network (in-network only coverage), and 3) Core-Plus (in-and-out-of-network coverage). Medical options are administered by Cigna and do not require referrals. Prescription coverage is included in the medical plan.
