Retirement Plan

What they call a pension plan isn't really; they just put money in your 401k. The reason why this is terrible is that a pension plan is supposed to give you a defined benefit, you aren't supposed to be exposing yourself to market fluctuations. This is a very disreputable practice, and a company that handles these sort of things as one of their lines of business should know better.
