It's great! Flexible policy. No plans for full time in office despite Amazon and Chase completely changing it up. Can stay home if maintenance coming, sick, childcare emergency, etc. Just need to talk to your leader. Only con is that you have to get a formal accommodation to WFH permanent and even that is subject to occasional review.
