It's a work from home job, but you cannot expense a home computer lab (meaning a single machine with good ram, disk, and CPU to run their software on), a desk chair, monitors, lamps, etc. If you don't like working on the company-provided laptop's screen, you are welcome to make yourself more comfortable, but everything's on you to buy.

the do not like you to work from home unless you are an outside sales rep. they provide everyone with laptops (except for entry level TDR's). those laptops are more to have you work after hours and on the weekend and not for the convince of working from home.
