Get PTO in your first year. Decent increases in PTO over a few years.

PTO is separated between vacation and sick time which seemed to be a hindrance most years if you don't get sick often but you start out with 2 weeks vacation and 2 week sick pay and increase an extra week vacation at 5, 10 and 15 years of employment.

2 weeks VACATION and 1 week of sick time

Wish they would combine PTO plan.

2 weeks to start, 1 week PTO. Benefits took place after 60 days.

Blackout dates for time off, must find coverage for most days

A fair amount of time off you just have to schedule in advance
