Veeva offers two options to match your family needs depending on where you live. California has some different provider options but the offerings are consistent. First is an HSA plan and Veeva gives you a certain amount per paycheck over the course of a year to cover your HSA deductible. The second option is a PPO plan with optional FSA and reasonable copays. I am not sure of the healthcare benefits in the EU or APAC regions.
