Veeva does an awesome job getting their remote employees outfitted with everything they need- additional monitors, docking stations, headsets, mouse, keyboard, etc. There is no pressure to work from an office, but we do abide by "Core Hours" (9am-5pm) and are expected to be available during that time. Midday workouts or recurring personal meetings have to be approved.

Work from anywhere policy is fantastic. Uses common sense for individual job requirements instead of rigid in-office requirements.

All work from home employees should be living in the time zone that they are hired for.
