Tuition assistance is a great benefit to have at all... But keep in mind, total stops at $8,000 per year, so depending on your program/school, you might be spending a lot of your own money on a degree. Not all programs will be covered, but that applies more to programs that have nothing to do with the business (i.e. culinary school)
