Monthly service discount of 50% on family account, some accessory discounts, but we no longer receive special device discounts. Whatever the consumer offer is for a new line or upgrade, we receive the same. It used to be that we could upgrade yearly at the two year promotional offer. Retirees are currently offered a 25% discount, down from the 50% that was provided , for years.
