I received an employee discount at Verizon

The employee discount used to be great, an awesome price for service, two year pricing on devices with no contract. Then they made us go to half off standard plans with one year contracts and 2-year pricing. Then they started to treat us like customers, took away the contract pricing, took away the good accessory discounts, the employee-only model options, and any discounts on devices. Now it's half off the consumer price plan and full retail device payment on devices. You can take advantage of the same equipment deals as consumers. Customer service used to treat you like garbage, but now that you can use standard customer service they're better. Don't expect much help from retail stores, as they don't want your business because it effects their sales performance.
