Good choices and they cover some/most of the cost.

The best thing is that it was available the worst thing is I never used it.

It had it's ups and downs, but it was decent for the most part. You have to be more diligent with your insurance than the insurance company at times. They will often play games with the "pre-approval isn't the same as approval" junk, which has ended up costing me about 20 grand.

I love not having a required doctor, or having to get prior authorization.

There are a couple of plans to choose from and the coverage is a good value for the money
