Performance Bonus

You get significant performance bonuses which is my favorite part of Verizon. You can make good money if you are willing to work hard. The only negative is that company performance can reduce your compensation no matter how hard you worked.

The only reason I stay was for the yearly STI bonus. The bonus is based on company performance and you generally get 10-12% of your base pay
