For high deductible, HSA eligible plans, the company offers a generous contribution to the HSA.

Great health coverage if you are single. Very expensive if you are adding family members. Insurance provider is Cigna.

Health is though Cigna (who I don't really personally like) and it is expensive especially if you have a family.

The health insurance offered by ATS is garbage. Extreme high deductible CDHP with absolutely nothing covered, no copays/all expenses 100% out of pocket, until you pay off your deductible. Then once the deductible is paid, there's an 80/20 split, so you are still not out of the woods on out of pocket expense. I know good insurance is getting more tricky and expensive, but most employers are still trying to do the best they can by their employees. This, on the other hand, is transparenty a health plan designed to minimize expense for the company on the bulk of call center/processing employess, while not being TOO painful for the overpaid managers here who can afford to set aside hundreds a month into an HSA

They do offer an expensive bi weekly deducted 80/20 plan which provides similar coverage compared to other companies of it's size. Then they have a much cheaper, high deductible, with much less coverage than the 80/20 plan. The company attempts to persuade employees towards the less coverage, high deductible plan by increasing the amount of funds paid into your HSA account, as well as other incentives and drawings during open enrollment. Be careful of the company's disability plans they offer through CiGNA. If you think it's coverage to bridge the gap between STD and SSI. You'll be sadly disappointed. Do yourself a favor, get legal representation right up front so you can focus on getting well.
