Vetsource has found that telecommuting is a viable alternative work arrangement and has implemented a new hybrid work model.

Telecommuting refers to an arrangement where an associate works from home or from another non-Vetsource location away from the usual workplace through telecommunications technology. Depending on the details of the arrangement, telecommuting may constitute either a portion of the associate’s work schedule or all of it.

Telecommuting does not change the terms and conditions of employment with Vetsource, including compliance with all Vetsource policies and rules. Vetsource allows the use of telecommuting arrangements and flexible scheduling within the bounds of business operational needs, resource limitations, and subject to approval of associates’ immediate supervisors.
