If you're skilled with technology or English or whatever in your office the culture believes that you will need to contribute so expect to be contributing your time with your skills whether or not within your job policy.

AMAZING! Can honestly say this company values professional development more than any other company I have worked for. I always have the opportunity to attend seminars, workshops, webinars, and other professional development events throughout the year. I actually was able to attend 2 seminars just last week. ViaQuest supports professional development and I see myself making positive improvements as a result of the trainings. ViaQuest also offers in house professional development courses to employees. We have a trainer who travels to all offices in all states and regions and holds classes employees can sign up for. Examples are: time management, communication, leadership, emotional intelligence...etc. Also brings in motivational speakers to speak to employees. Certain business lines also have mentorship programs to prepare front line employees for management level positions. This helps lower level employees move up in the company while gaining the skills needed to lead a team.
