We are a majority remote workplace. The Finance Department goes into the office once a week. Any employees who work near the Pittsburgh Office are requested to come in once a month.

The Employee Engagement Committee is a group of employees that create different ways to get the company as a whole to interact and everything is done virtually. They host a variety of things: Happy Hours, Speakers, Virtual games: Murder Mystery, Bingo, Escape Room, Holiday Parties.
The Wellness Committee is a group of employees that creates activities to help with the wellness of each employee. They do a lot of fun things through out the year: Step Challenges, Cooking Classes (virtual), Biggest Loser, Health and Wellness games. If you participate or compete you can win a variety of things, swag, PTO, gift cards.
