Sub par. You controlled it through the payroll company so you could add or take away as much as you like but their matching they never state how it was controlled so there was no way to know how to maximize it.

One year wait to participate is ridiculous. Combined with a poor matching program and it's a 401k in name only program, designed to "check the box" of the company being able to say "yes we have a 401k program"
