industry standard, strike price set by lowest price in 12 mo period, plus 10% discount. cold withhold up to 10% of pay.

Good value when the company was carrying very little debt and the stock was the darling of a lot of retirement accounts. However, when the company began several acquisitions and took on debt to finance those purchases, the stock fell out of favor with institutional buyers and the value of Employee Stock purchase plan was pretty much wiped out (too volatile).
