Starting with Covid, WD offered work from home until they went back to mandatory office days in July 2026. In order to qualify for remote status, employees must live over 50 miles from an office. Otherwise, they're required to be in the office 3 days a week.

"Unlimited" vacation, 3% 401k match, solid healthcare, and lots of additional options that you can pay for like legal care, pet/baby/elder care, etc. Hybrid work (3 days per week in-office). Employee stock purchase plan is huge, and you can contribute up to 10% of your salary and lock in a price for up to two years.
