The worst thing about the health care benefits is the premiums. Though they are competitive, I think the out of pocket expenses could be lowere.

You pay a premium each pay period and then still have to pay for all of your medical visits and prescriptions until you spend $4K annually. It's really only any good if you have a major medical issue. It's more like catastrophic coverage.

Costs too much for mediocre care. For a family for a PPO, costs around $250 every two weeks and doesn't and that does not include dental and vision. If you include those in the equation, you are looking at closer to $300 every two weeks.
