Schedule: OMG , the schedule is awful and terrible. The schedule starts at 6 am in the morning and ends at 2:30 which is totally 8 hours. The schedule is 8 hours , but it NEVER 8 hours everyday. IT runs past 8 hours everyday and don’t guarantee 8 hours only, it guaranteed guarantee past 8 hours + . What happen if something goes on after 8 hours? If you can’t make the schedule 8 hours , then don’t promise to no body. It too early come already to start at 6am, but want to guarantee run past 8 hours +. The 8 hours only applies to part time that is temp, but don’t applies to full time that is require to stay past 8 hours +. The schedule is very awful and a pain killers. The full time guarantee 8 hours + . People have their own life outside the building. The management wants to keep the full time inside the building while everybody left the building. When the full time people did their 8 hours , the management state that is not good enough, they mandated full time people stay past 8 hours+. The management locked the full time people inside the building when the full time people completed their 8 hours. But when full time people did their 8 hours +, the management don’t locked us in here. That is restricted our rights to leave if we did 8 hours . The management take away our rights and tolerances us inside the building. This place is very awful and terrible. The management don’t let us choose when the full time did their 8 hours. They ALWAYS locked the full time people in here when 8 hours is fulfilled. The schedule is not consistent, there is always always guarantee overtime when the schedule ONLY run 8 hours.
