Some positions do not really have WFH (office admins, IT) but many do.

Super flexible. Minimal expectation to be in office.

Great work life balance with wfh availability.

Teams work well together remotely, easy to also go in office - seamless.

Seems like they have stopped pressing the mandatory in-office days. Flexible for each person to work with their manager/team to figure out what works best for them.

It is an average offer from a consultant company.

Love being able to have a hybrid schedule and work from home

Flexible but requires constant computer log on as they want to make sure you are working more normal hours rather than too many flex hours. Company issued laptop was too large for business travel. Their IT support system is a hinderance if you need to be agile and need the latest tools to do your job (speaking as someone that works with high-end modeling and visualization software). WSP is far behind the industry curve.
