The company has set paid holidays and the greater time you have with the company the more vacation days that are earned. Have a small selection in insurance opportunities that will fit various lifestyles.

Must maintain a minimum of 30 hours to be eligible for company benefits. I believe most benefits are average compared to other retailers.

The FSA is really annoying. They denied approved receipts for me and I had to resubmit them multiple times before they were approved. They offer 8 weeks of Paid Parental Leave within the first year of having a new baby or adopting for both moms and dads (must meet requirements). They also offer bereavement for miscarriages and limited coverage for fertility treatment and surrogacy.

If you work as a retail associate, there is no real benefits package. You get the required time off and an employee discount.
