Walgreens offers a wide variety of benefits to eligible team members designed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being while helping you balance work and life. In addition to company-paid life insurance and voluntary life & personal accident insurance, the benefits below are available to our team members.
The insurance is available, but the good ones are way too expensive compared to the income. And the highest level of dental helps, but still doesn't cover a lot.

At least 15% off of all products in store (Excluding alcohol, tobacco, dairy, prescriptions). Increased to 25% for all owned brands. Nice!, Ology, Well at Walgreens, Pet Shoppe, and many more. There are over a dozen owned brands. Profit Sharing, employee stock purchase program at a discount of current market rate, decent health insurance.

I like the fact that they offer 25% off for there owned products, and insurance seems to have gotten better but still very pricey. There retirement options seem great if you can afford to utilize them

The profit sharing plan is without a doubt the best thing WAG has to offer its employees. The wage i was paid was above the rank and file but for the amount of pressure and responsibility it was not worth it. The regular store associates are compensated abysmally I don't know how they can survive.

Medical goes up every year. It would be cheaper for me to get private insurance with a better deductible
