The full benefits package only benefits some people. The health plan (UHC) is expensive and is a nightmare because you have to designate your PCP (many are out of network), and anyone else you need to see you NEED a referral. Time off is not that generous, they took away bonuses for several positions. They did not give an annual merit last year and are clinging to the idea they can pull it off this year. I hope so… I feel underpaid for what I do. I can earn $15k - $20k/yr more if I go elsewhere but I don’t want to start over somewhere else.

Benefits are very little. Hours get cut to a point where several employees have lost their insurance coverage.

You have to work for Walgreens for several months to a year to receive these benefits.

You get pto but depending on how much you work which makes sense, you don’t apply for insurance unless you work 30 hours or more which is standard. Depending on your manager and location, they may be more flexible with your schedule and hours

They offered decent insurance but always cut hours so “full time employees” worked part time and lost their benefits. PTO was not great
