Barely anything at all. Still make profits on employees buying with employees discount. Very cheap company.

The benefits and the discounts are great. The schedule flexibility is a plus because it gives people opportunity to schedule appointments during the week without requesting the day off.

Employee discount could be used in conjunction with sales and coupons. They gave an additional percentage on private label products and a few extra days a year in which employees received an extra 10% off. The down side is the company did not always communicate in advance when those extra days were.

Best is the profit sharing. Worst is the staffing
