Using Walgreens Employee Discount is great! You can use it on top of sale items, with your coupons, and then to make it even better, if you save your points up then you can start getting things for free!

It is great for both store brand products and national brand products. I preferred convenience and discount for buying at the store for same price as other retailers

All merchandise is already overpriced, supposedly for convenience (though drug prices are outrageous), so the employee discount takes you down to a rational price 15% for brand merch, and 25% for Walgreens brands
