You got about 20 percent off for most items, that was the best part of the job. Everything was overprices anyways.

Employee discount is pretty standard..15% on national brands and 20% on store brands.

401k does not make up for the high deductibles

Employee discount was 10%-15% - even though Walgreens sell some of the things Walmart and Target for the household - it is better going to those place to get household and personal items. Using the employee discount was not worth it due to the price at Walgreens are $3-$5 higher at Walmart and Target. Shopping at Costco is way better!

Walgreens has great discounts. On top of all of the sales they have weekly you also get your employee discount which makes the price of things cheaper

not a very impressive discount at all... if you like the Walgreen's merchandise at least you save more with a deeper discount
