the health insurance was kind of pricey especially if you put any dependents on your plan

I didn't get offered insurance until after 6+ months because I worked full time, but they said I was part-time so I wouldn't get offered health insurance. But I could work in an understaffed department where I tripped over a cord because 2 out of 3 scales didn't work and all the customers wanted service all over the large deli department at the same time. Also, being scheduled alone with too many customers all demanding services like slicing pounds and pounds of salami and frying foods and baking chickens all without insurance.

Provide variety of options in terms of health insurance providers. Choice is left to the employee
