The best thing is Walmart has so many employees that they negotiated pretty hard with insurers to get what appears to be above average coverage. The bad thing is employee contributions are difficult with the low pay.

You're allowed to split amongst your family members. Didn't get a chance to use it. but it's good that they provide health insurance

The match of what you put into your health benefit card, and Walmart matches. The worst thing is how you have to pay into $3,000 to reach a minimum to get the benefit to work with certain plans.
