The best thing is Walmart has so many employees that they negotiated pretty hard with insurers to get what appears to be above average coverage. The bad thing is employee contributions are difficult with the low pay.

The match of what you put into your health benefit card, and Walmart matches. The worst thing is how you have to pay into $3,000 to reach a minimum to get the benefit to work with certain plans.

Very competitive and it has gotten better each year for employees. My kids are on it and I have used it. It's great.
