The plan that I have doesn't really cover much in an illness or emergency but the preventative care is covered 100%. Maternity and family planning is comparable to other plans.

It's major medical insurance and it's not 100% employer paid. You pay monthly premiums for it and you pay 25% of all the medical bills. Doctor office visits are paid by the employee.
