To be honest, if you were allowed to reject the coverage without fear of being fired I would. The amount you pay for it, combined with the lack of any real coverage it is far cheaper to just self pay .

I had the HRA and I loved that plan because it always covered co-pays and bills unless it got too expensive. The company gives you about three or four options for health insurance.
