Good: company gave $500 (individual) $1000 (family) into an "account" that medical visit payments could be made from and that money would go towards your deductible. Deductible for an affordable family plan was $3500 with max out of pocket of $10k

You have to be really sure of what it covers before you consider using it - while it covers a good deal, there are some gaping holes in the plans.

Nothing for part-timers at all.
